Gujarat Corona update 28 july 2020
According to the figures released by the Vadodara Municipal Corporation, 91 more cases of corona virus have been reported in Vadodara city and district today. Thus the total number of positive cases has reached 4381. A further 51 patients have been discharged in Vadodara today. So far a total of 3346 patients have recovered and today the official death toll has risen to 82 from 3 more deaths declared. There are currently a total of 953 active cases in Vadodara, out of which 143 are on oxygen and 38 on ventilator-B pap and 772 patients are in stable condition.

Rural: Padra, Karjan, Dabhoi, Sokhada, Dasharath, Por, Intola, Koyli
6 more patients die during corona treatment in Vadodara
Six more patients died today during treatment for corona virus in Vadodara city. An 85-year-old man from Ajwa Road in Vadodara, a 75-year-old man from Gotri area and a 52-year-old man from Dabhoi taluka have died. In addition, a 62-year-old woman from Dabhoi, a 70-year-old man from New Karelibaug area and a 65-year-old man from Rajmahel Road area died during treatment.
A record 1108 new cases of corona virus have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours. While a further 24 people have died. The total number of positive cases in the state has reached 57982. While today more than 1032 patients have recovered. With this a total of 42412 patients have been discharged so far. The total death toll from the corona virus in the state has reached 2372.
In the newly registered cases today 199 in Surat Corporation, 147 in Ahmedabad Corporation, 94 in Surat Corporation, 75 in Vadodara Corporation, 49 in Rajkot Corporation, 38 in Dahod, 35 in Gandhinagar, 35 in Banaskantha, 34 in Surendranagar, 30 in Rajkot, 26 in Amreli, 26 in Jamnagar Corporation, 22 in Navsari. 21, Bhavnagar 20, Mahisagar 20, Bharuch 19, Panchmahal 19, Bhavnagar Corporation 18, Mehsana 18, Patan 18, Valsad 18, Narmada 16, Vadodara 16, Gir Somnath 15, Kheda 13, Anand 11, Junagadh Corporation 11, Kutch 10, Ahmedabad 9, Gandhinagar Corporation 9, Morbi 9, Botad 8, Sabarkantha 8, Tapi 6, Junagadh 5, Jamnagar 4, Porbandar 4 and Aravalli 2 cases have been reported.
According to the health department, 24 more patients have died today due to Kovid-19. Of these, 7 patients died in Surat Corporation, 5 in Surat, 4 in Ahmedabad Corporation, 2 in Bhavnagar Corporation, 2 in Rajkot, 1 in Gandhinagar, 1 in Jamnagar Corporation, 1 in Jamnagar Corporation and 1 in Vadodara Corporation. So far 2372 people have died from corona in the state.
There are currently 13198 active cases in the state, out of which 87 are on ventilator and 13111 patients are stable, while so far a total of 42412 patients have been discharged after treatment. A total of 6,90,092 tests have been conducted in Gujarat so far.

Another 19 cases were reported in Bharuch
A further 19 positive cases of corona virus have been reported in Bharuch district today. Thus, the total number of cases of corona virus in Bharuch district has reached over 856. Today 2 more patients have died. A further 16 positive cases have been reported in Panchmahal district today.
