The Union Ministry of Health has released the statistics of active cases. According to which 74% of active cases in the country i.e. patients who are currently undergoing treatment are in 9 states of the country. The highest 28% of patients are from Maharashtra.
Karnataka is second with 11% and Andhra Pradesh is third with 10% active cases. In addition, Uttar Pradesh has 7%, Tamil Nadu 5%, Orissa 4%, Telangana, Assam and Chhattisgarh 3-3% active cases. The remaining 26% of patients are from other states or Union Territories of the country. The number of active cases in the country is currently 9 lakh 61 thousand 370. Out of these 9 states, 81% of patients have also died.

The number of patients in the country crossed 46 lakh
The number of corona patients in the country is increasing rapidly. So far, more than 46 lakh 60 thousand people have been affected by the transition. A record 97,654 people tested positive for corona in 24 hours on Friday. This is the largest number of infections reported in a single day. Earlier on Thursday, 96,760 new patients were registered. At the same time, the news of relief is that the speed of recovery of patients has also started increasing. A record 81,455 people were discharged from the hospital on Friday. This is the largest number of people recovering in a single day. Earlier, on September 8, 74,607 people were cured. With this, the number of people recovering has reached 36 lakh 24 thousand 375 so far.

The infection has killed 77,526 people so far, of which 1,202 died on Friday. At present there are 9 lakh 57 thousand 787 patients who are undergoing treatment. These patients are either in home isolation or hospitalized. Of these, about 9,000 patients were found to be in critical condition.
