5 Symptoms of Urinary Tract Infection-

Nutrient deficiency is a major cause of urinary tract infections

Don't let the body become too dehydrated

Dr. Shikha said, the more dehydrated the body, the more yellow the color of the urine will be. Excessive dehydration can lead to urinary tract infections. Therefore, at least 4 to 5 liters of water should be drunk in 24 hours.
