An easy way to know which food is adulterated at home, two drops of tincture in milk and ghee can tell if it is adulterated or not.

  Water in milk

Report to system if found to be confused after home inspection: Asi.  Commissioner

Food adulteration is on the rise and in many places raids have been rife with chemicals.  Food adulteration comes across in lab tests when not everyone can get this test done.  So how do people easily know if what they have bought is safe or not?

Rajkot District Food and Drugs Assistant Commissioner L.D.  Discussing with Faldu, he said that the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has issued a dart book i.e. Detect Alteration with Rapid Test which can be downloaded from the website and by studying it one can easily know whether it is adulterated in milk, ghee, oil, cereals.  Whether or not.

No other devices are required for this.  In some tests, iodine called tincture is found in medical stores and can be detected based on it, as it has a color-changing nature in certain blends.  Insist on the bill at the time of purchase and if there is any confusion, report it to the corporation or the district administration and direct action can be taken where the purchase is made.

 Grass b in cumin

Grass seeds are dipped in charcoal powder and mixed with cumin.  Take a handful of cumin in the palm and rub it. If black color appears in the palm, it is confused.

 Black pepper

Put black pepper in a glass, the black pepper will sit on the bottom and the papaya seeds mixed in it will float.

 Corrosion in tea powder

Put turmeric in a glass jar.  Pure turmeric will sit down, leaving a light yellow color.  If mixed, dark yellow color will appear.

 Sugar in honey
Put a little honey in a glass of water.  If honey dissolves in water, it will be sugar.  Pure honey does not melt.  In addition to this, put honey in the cotton wool and burn it, pure honey will burn immediately and there will be noise in the mixture.

 Confused in hing

Take hing in a steel spoon and place it near the candle.  Pure hing will burn like camphor.  If it is mixed, it will not burn.  In addition, if you mix hing in a glass, the foam will turn and it will sit on the bottom and will not melt.  To add a third mixture, add hing in water and add tincture. If the color changes, it is mixed.
