 નિશ્ચિત પેન્શન:

   *જો કોઈ કર્મચારી ઓછામાં ઓછા 25 વર્ષની નોકરી કરે છે, તો તેને નિવૃત્તિ પછી છેલ્લા 12 મહિનાના સરેરાશ મૂળભૂત પગારના 50% જેટલી પેન્શન મળશે.

   *જો કોઈ કર્મચારી 25 વર્ષથી ઓછી નોકરી કરે છે, તો તેને તેના સેવાકાળના પ્રમાણમાં ઓછી પેન્શન મળશે. જો કે, ઓછામાં ઓછી 10 વર્ષની નોકરી કરનાર દરેક કર્મચારીને પેન્શન મળશે.

 પરિવાર પેન્શન:

   જો કોઈ કર્મચારીનું નિધન થાય છે, તો તેના પરિવારને કર્મચારીના મૃત્યુ પહેલા મળતી પેન્શનના 60% જેટલી પેન્શન મળશે.

 ન્યૂનતમ પેન્શન:

   જો કોઈ કર્મચારી ઓછામાં ઓછા 10 વર્ષની નોકરી કરે છે, તો તેને નિવૃત્તિ પછી દર મહિને ઓછામાં ઓછા રૂ. 10,000/-ની પેન્શન મળશે.
